A record high temperature of 101 degrees was set in Memphis. This breaks the old record of 99 set in 1993.
The high temperature in Parsons was 98.8 degrees.

A record low temperature of 55 degrees was set at Jackson this morning. This breaks the old record of 58 degrees set in 1976 and 2000.
Parsons had a low this morning of 57 degrees.
